OnePlus 3T is expected to come with 6GB of RAM and Optic AMOLED display.
It was always known that OnePlus is working on a new variant of OnePlus 3 with model number OnePlus A3010 which is known as OnePlus 3T. Now comes confirmation that the smartphone is expected to be launched on November 14 in London. Ahead of the launch, Qualcomm has confirmed on its official twitter handle that that there is a new Snapdgraon 821-powered device is on the way from OnePlus.
The chipmakers tweet reads "Something new from @OnePlus is on the wayâ€¦and it's powered by our #Snapdragon 821 processor. Stay tuned". While Qualcomm has not named the device in the tweet, the device is widely believed to be the OnePlus 3T.
As per earlier reports, OnePlus 3T will be $80 ( Approx. Rs 4,000) more expensive than OnePlus 3. The current OnePlus 3 is priced at $399 (Rs 28,000 in India). So if these rumours are to be believed, the OnePlus 3T price may be priced at around $479 or close to Rs 32,000.
The OnePlus 3T is expected to feature the Snapdragon 821 SoC (Snapdragon 820 in the OnePlus 3). It is expected to have Optic AMOLED display as OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei recently said that the company will stick to Optic AMOLED display panels for its future devices.
Furthermore, the OnePlus 3T is expected to come with 6GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage, 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera. The device is also expected to have a Fingerprint sensor, 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C, 3000 mAh battery with Dash Charge, and will run on Oxygen OS based on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat.
