The Motorola Droid 3 Turbo, the successor to the Droid 2 looks to be heading closer to launch. Telltake signs, like leaks on Chinese platforms, this time Weibo, have already started.
As per pictures spotted on Weibo, the Droid Turbo 3 will flaunt a 16-megapixel Hasselblad camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. As of now not much information with respect to specifications is available about the phone. However, we will keep you posted as soon as we get more update on this.
To recall, Motorola Droid Turbo 2 was released in the US market last year. Motorola Droid Turbo 2 has a 5.4 inch AMOLED shatter proof display that offers Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) resolution. The 169 grams heavy smartphone has a 3760 mAh battery that claims to offer two days of back up. The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system based Motorola Droid Turbo 2 has the 2.0 Ghz Snapdragon 810 processor that runs the phone with 3 GB LPDDR4 RAM.
The Turbo 2 comes in 32 GB and 64 GB storage variants – both of which also offer expandable storage of up to 2 TB. It comes with a 21 megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detect auto focus, dual LED light support, 4X digital zoom, burst mode, auto HDR, panorama, video stabilization, 4K video recording ability, video HDR and slow motion video recording feature.
For selfies, the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 offers a 5 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, wide angle lens, night mode, 1.4um pixel for better low light pictures and even an LED flash light. Besides, it offers 4G, NFC, WiFi (ac), Bluetooth 4.1 LE and GPS.
