Moto G4 which was launched in India in June this year, has got a price cut of Rs 2000. The Moto G4 16GB variant which was initially priced at Rs 12,499, is now available at a special price of Rs 10,499. The 32GB variant is also now available for 11,999 as against its original price of Rs 13,999. The smartphone is available from Amazon.
The company is also giving Rs 1,000 cashback in Amazon.in Gift Card on electronic payments on Moto G4 Play. However, there is no discount on Moto G4 Play. The device which was launched for Rs 8,999 in September this year is now available on Amazon at the same price point.
The Moto G4 has a 5.5 inch TFT LCD display with full HD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone is just 7.9 mm thick and has 3000 mAh battery. It also comes with turbo charger that claims to offer 6 hours of power in 15 minutes of charging.
The Moto G4 is armed with 1.5 GHz octa core processor (Snapdragon 617), Adreno 405 graphics processor and the latest Android Marshmallow operating system. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and has an expandable memory slot for up to a 128GB micro SD card.
The Moto G4 has a 13 megapixel rear camera with two LED flash lights and a 5 megapixel front camera. The rear camera has F2.0 aperture, Auto HDR, video stabilization, slow motion video capturing ability, full HD video recording feature, 4x digital zoom, professional mode and burst mode features. The front camera has F2.2 aperture and a wide angle lens. Besides, the Moto G4 offers 4G LTE connectivity, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and FM radio.
On the other hand, the Motorola Moto G4 Play features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display with water repellent nano-coating. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor, which is clubbed with Adreno 306 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory, and has an optional expandable memory slot of 128GB capacity. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and is packed with a 2800 mAh battery.
The Moto G4 Play sports an 8-megapixel shooter with LED flash light on its back, and a 5-megapixel selfie camera in the front. The rear camera has Æ’/2.2 aperture, Tap (anywhere) to capture, 4X digital zoom, Burst mode, Auto HDR, Panorama, Drag to focus & exposure, and 1080p HD video (30 fps) recording features. Further, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/A-GPS, Accelerometer, Proximity and Ambient Light sensors. The handset measures 144.4 x 72 x 8.95-9.9 mm and weighs around 137 grams.
