LYF Wind 7s with 5-inch HD display reportedly launched at Rs 5,699

It comes in Black, White and Blue colour variants and will be sold via recently launched Jio Store and through Reliance Digital and Digital Xpress Mini stores.

As per the latest report by PhoneRadar, Reliance Retail’s LYF has launched another Wind series smartphone, called LYF Wind 7s. The smartphone is priced at Rs 5,699 and comes in Black, White and Blue colour variants. Not surprisingly, the device will come with Reliance Jio Happy new year offer (valid till 31.12.2017) and will be sold via recently launched Jio Store and through Reliance Digital and Digital Xpress Mini stores.

LYF Wind 7s

In terms of specifications, the LYF Wind 7S is identical to the earlier launched LYF Wind 7 except that it comes with 6.0 Marshmallow instead of Android 5.1 Lollipop as seen on the Wind 7.

Listing out the specifications, the device features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.13 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16 of which can be further expanded to 128 GB via a micro SD card slot. For the photography, it comes equipped with an 8 rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.

The 2,250 Lithium-ion battery powering the Wind 7s promises to deliver upto 9 hours of talk time and upto 180 hours on standby time. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), 4G – VoLTE, 4.0, GPS, OTG, and MicroUSB 2.0 port for connectivity. The handset measures 143.5 x 72 x 8.7 mm and weighs 156 grams.
