Lava Connect M1 will come with 28nm Spreadtrum SC9820 chipset

Explaining a little more about the new 28nm chipset, Spreadtrum SC9820 integrates 1.2GHz dual-core ARM Cortex™-A7 processor, ARM Mali-400 MP1 GPU for 3D graphics acceleration and supports TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, GSM modes and GPRS connectivity.

The Chinese fabless semiconductor company, Spreadtrum Communications today announced that the first 4G-enabled feature phone from Lava will come with its SC9820 inside. Lava Connect M1 comes with a 2.4-inch display coupled with 1750 battery inside.

The feature phone is powered by Spreadtrum’s 28nm 1.2GHz dual-core ARM Cortex™-A7 LTE platform SC9820 which supports VoLTE and dual function. It comes with 512MB of and 4GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via card. We have a camera at the back and comes pre-installed with Facebook Lite
