The virtual reality has caught up with Intex as well. The Indian handset maker today announced a smartphone called Intex Aqua View with a free VR card board called Intex Eyelet. The smartphone is priced at Rs 8,999. The Google certified VR cardboard is compatible with other smartphones as well.
The 4G enabled Intex Aqua View comes with a 5 inch HD display, 64 bit Mediatek quad core processor and Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. It has 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of inbuilt storage and a 32 GB micro SD card slot.
The Intex Aqua View, which measures 124 x 64 x 10.3 mm, has a 2200 mAh Li-Ion battery. For photography, the Aqua View offers an 8 Megapixel rear camera with an LED flash light and a 5 megapixel front camera. The camera has various modes like face beauty mode, anti-shake, motion tracker mode, live photo mode and gesture capture mode. The phone comes with VoLTE technology with which users can have superior voice calling over 4G networks.
