To cash in on the festive season, HTC has slashed price of its flagship HTC 10 by Rs 5,000. The HTC 10 was launched in April 2016 at Rs 52,990. Now after the discount, the smartphone is available for Rs 47,99
As for as specifications is concerned, HTC 10 has 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 820 processor, Android Marshmallow operating system with HTC Sense user interface, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, an expandable storage slot that can hold a micro SD card of up to 2 TB capacity and a Super LCD5 5.2 inch display with Quad HD (2560X1440 pixels) Resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass.

It has a 12 megapixel rear camera that comes with Laser Auto focus, BSI sensor, Optical Image Stabilisation, f1.8 aperture, Sapphire lens, dual tone LED flash light, Auto HDR, and manual mode feature. This camera can capture 4K videos. For selfies, the phones are armed with 5 megapixel front camera which too is an Autofocus unit and has BSI sensor, f1.8 aperture, Auto HDR and Optical Image Stabilisation feature.
The HTC 10, which measures 145.9x 71.9 x 3.0 – 9.0 mm and weighs 161 grams, has NFC, Bluetooth 4.2,WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), Miracast, DLNA, 3.5 mm jack and USB Type C port.
Coincidentally, in our review, TMI opined that the HTC 10 is overpriced and its appeal will increase significantly, once HTC slashes its price. Now it seems that HTC has heard us and perhaps now the HTC 10 may get some more attention.
