Being one of the largest music streaming App in India, Gaana has seen a lot of changes recently both in terms of design and functionality. Apart from introducing material design, Gaana has also introduced local music integration, tabbed layout, improved recommendation engine and wallet integrations.
The new Facebook Messenger bot will help Gaana to drive all its Facebook user base which will further help strengthening Gaana’s position as a music streaming space.
As of now, this new Facebook Messenger bot can receive updates about the fresh content on Gaana.com, Search and Share any content on Gaana with their friends, Send feedback and lastly visit the app directly from Facebook Messenger. Further, Gaana claims that in future they company will focus on training the bot for smarter conversation, more personalized experience and music recommendations.
