Asus had launched Asus ZenPad 3S 10 for the Taiwan market at TWD 11,000, $342 (approximately Rs 22,944) in July this year. Now the company has confirmed via its twitter account that the ZenPad 3S 10 is arriving to the US sometime in November. However no details about the launch date and price of the tablet have been revealed yet by Asus. But a retailer B&H has revealed that the 64 GB variant will be priced at $299.
Asus ZenPad 3S 10 has a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048×1536p) IPS display. It comes with the 2 GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT8176 processor, which is paired with PowerVR GX6250 GPU and 4GB RAM. The tablet runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system that is wrapped under ZenUI and for power, it comes bundled with a 5900 mAh non-removable battery.
The ZenPad 3S 10 comes with 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up-to 128GB via microSD card. The tablet has an 8-megapixel rear camera on the rear, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling. Besides, the tablet offers WiFi (802.11 ac/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/AGPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, and Two front facing stereo speakers with DTS-HD audio support. The tablet measures 240.5 x 163.7 x 5.8-7.16 mm and it weighs around 430 grams.
