Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 LTE T500 with 2GB RAM launched in India at Rs 7,999

The 3G variant of Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 is also available for purchase on Flipkart for Rs 6,999.

Asus has launched a version of its Zenfone Go 5.0 smartphone in India. The new phone, Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 LTE T500, is priced at Rs 7,999 and is available from Amazon India. The variant of Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 is available from Flipkart for Rs 6,999.

The Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 LTE T500 features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor and 2GB of RAM. There is 16GB of internal storage in this device to which you can add 32GB more via a micro SD card. The smartphone runs on older 4.4 KitKat operating system with Zen UI on top of it. This handset has a 2500 mAh lithium-ion battery.

The Zenfone Go 5.0 LTE T500 has an 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with Flash and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), WiFi Hotspot, 4.0, GPS, a 2.0 port, Accelerator, Gravity sensor, Proximity sensor, and Ambient light sensor. The handset measures 13.5 x 1 x 6.7 cm and weighs 136 grams.

Last year, Asus had launched ZenFone Go (ZC451TG) ZenFone Go (ZC451TG) with 4.5-inch display and 3G support at Rs 5,299. The ZenFone Go (ZC451TG) smartphone offers 4.5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854p) display, the 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6580M quad core processor, and a 1600 mAh battery. The smartphone is equipped with a 5 megapixel primary camera with auto-focus, F2.0 and a 0.3 front camera. Further, the device runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 and offers 8 GB of internal memory, Micro SD card support up to 64 GB, Dual SIM, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, WiFi (b/g/n), and a micro USB port. The handset measures 67x135x10.1 mm and weighs 133.5 grams.
