Asus has announced the launch of Asus Transformer Book T100HA, a 2-in-1 tablet, in India for Rs 23,990. Being a hybrid tablet, it can be used both as a tablet and a laptop.
The Asus Transformer Book T100HA comes with a 10.1 inch display based tablet and a detachable keyboard. The display has high definition resolution. It is 8.4 mm thin and weighs 580 grams. This hybrid tablet comes with Windows 10 operating system and has USB Type C port which is said to offer 10 times faster data transfer capability than the USB 2.0 version.
It is available in attractive grey and blue colours in India though its white and pink colours are also there. It claims to offer 12 hours of battery back up. This Transformer Book T100HA is armed with quad core Intel Processor (Z8500) and 4 GB RAM. It comes in 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB versions but in India only the 64 GB variant has been launched. It has a 2-in-1 card reader using which you can use your micro SD or micro SDXC cards to expand its storage further.
The T100HA has a 5 Megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. It has a 30Whr battery that claims to offer about 12 hours of back up with normal usage. As per Asus, it comes with Fast charging technology as well.
Besides, it has one micro HDMI port, one USB 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm jack, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi (a/b/g/n).
