But under the Airtel plan, you may end up paying Rs 70,000 - Rs 19,990 down payment + 26,000 as yearly rental (Rs 1,990 per month) + Rs 24,000 balloon payment at the end of one year.
Reliance Jio, on the other hand, is offering 12 months complementary Jio services on the purchase of any iPhone model. So which means, the offer is not only for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users but also for previous models as well. So an iPhone will be eligible for currently running 'Free Welcome Offer' after which all the iPhone users will be migrated to the complementary 12 months offer for just Rs 1,499 in which Jio offers unlimited free local and STD voice calls, 20GB 4G data and unlimited data at night. In addition to this, an iPhone user will also be eligible for 40GB data usage over JioNet Hotpot and free subscription to Jio Apps. Jio claims that the whole offer is worth Rs 18,000
The brighter side is that the brand new iPhones have now got a bit affordable and might save Apple from the criticism that its devices are priced very high. Initially, Flipkart, Tata Cliq and other retailers were offering Rs 10,000 cashback on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus as well.
The device is also selling via stores such as iWorld, Croma, Reliance Digital etc if you want to buy it offline.
