Acer Predator 15 and 17

The Predator gaming notebook comes with ‘Killer DoubleShot Pro’, a new technology that enables Ethernet and WiFi connections to work together. The Predator 15 notebook line includes models with 15.6-inch Full or (3840×2160) Ultra HD panels. The Predator 17 notebooks feature 17.3-inch Full HD displays. Both lines support up to three displays including one NVIDIA G-SYNC monitor for the ultimate in-gaming visuals and realism.

For extreme gamers who need to keep their notebook operating at lower temperatures, Predator FrostCore allows them to further enhance their notebook’s performance as needed.
It consists of a swappable Cooler Master fan module, exclusive to Acer, which can be inserted into the notebook’s optical disk drive bay to cool down intense gaming sessions.

Acer’s dust protection system, Predator DustDefender, uses dual high-speed fans with reverse rotation to remove dust build-up which improves heat dissipation and minimizes noise. The fan blades utilize an ingenious dust propelling mechanism at an extremely high speed to vastly improve air flow around high-performance components. By removing dust and maintaining a cool temperature, Predator DustDefender enhances user comfort, extends the notebook’s lifespan and ensures that the performance is consistent.

Lastly, the CoolBoost technology allows for custom adjustments to the fans’ airflow. A Turbo Mode option delivers maximum fan speed and cooling power when heavy use requires an added boost.

PredatorSense Gaming Control Panel

The new notebooks also feature the PredatorSense gaming control panel, which provides customization and control of gaming features, including macro programmable keys for up to 15 in-game shortcuts and adjustable lighting controls. The Predator ProZone backlit keyboard is divided into four lighting zones which can be lit or dimmed individually along with a programmable key. In addition, a dedicated physical key allows gamers to lock both the Windows key and touchpad quickly to prevent accidental invoking.

Acer has introduced a new feature called SoundPound, a combination of various captivating audio features. Predator 17 models feature SoundPound 4.2, which includes four built-in speakers and two subwoofers, delivering 12 watts of sound, while Predator 15 models feature SoundPound 2.1, which includes two speakers and one subwoofer, for six watts of sound. In addition, Dolby® Audio™ surround sound enhances the overall sound quality, while both notebooks support studio quality headphones of up to 600 Ohm impedance.

Predator G6 and G3 desktop

The Acer Predator G6 has 6th Generation Intel Core i7-6700K processor, Windows 10 OS, 64GB of DDR4 dual-channel memory. It comes with “One-Punch” over clocking capability that is combined with the IceTunnel cooling system to keep the system chilled at excess speeds. The G6 runs on NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 980 with 4K2K (3840 x 2160) display capabilities.

Predator Z650 Projector

Predator Z650 comes with short-throw technology that, as per the company, lets you display a huge image almost anywhere. As per Acer, a user can project a 100″ image from just 1.5 meters. It offers full HD projection and 20,000:1 contrast ratio. Z650 features an RGBRGB color wheel called ColorPurity. It produces a wider color gamut and creates pure color with abundant color gradations. The use of sRGB mode guarantees color consistency across devices and eliminates the deviation in color reproduction. Gamers also have the option to connect Z650 with the PC that supports HDMI 3D and the 3DTV Play software kit in order to transform hundreds of PC games into immersive stereoscopic 3D thrill. Wireless technology makes it easy to share games.

World’s First Curved 34-Inch Acer Predator X34 Gsync Gaming Monitor

The new 34-inch curved 21:9 ultra-wide Gsync Predator X34 monitor, the world’s first curved monitor with NVIDIA® G-SYNCâ„¢, provides an immersive gaming experience with minimal stutters and screen tears. DTS® sound, 2x7W speakers, a zero-frame design with a futuristic aluminum base and ambient lighting options, all these create an exciting entertainment experience with style.

The monitor features IPS display panel with a 178-degree viewing angle, giving a wider field of view and increased perceived area of peripheral vision compared to a flat display of the same size. It supports 100% of the sRGB color gamut, delivering accurate color reproduction desired by design professionals and photo enthusiasts for precise color matching across applications and print output. The curved screen puts every corner of the screen at the same distance from the customer’s eyes, making the broadcast uniform.

Designed with ergonomics in mind, the monitor can be tilted from -5° to 35° and adjusted vertically up to 130 mm, allowing the user to adjust the monitor to the most comfortable viewing angle. It also features flicker-less technology to lessen eye fatigue for a more comfortable gaming or working experience. It supports DisplayPort and HDMI inputs, and has a built-in 3.0 hub which supports high-speed charging of smartphones and other devices.
