Lenovo will soon launch its 7 inch tablet, called Ideapad A2107, in India. This tablet will be one of the cheapest Dual SIM 3G tablet in India; it comes with very attractive specification sheet. The tablet is already available on eBay India (ebay.in) for Rs 13,999 as pre-launch product. What makes the launch eminent is the fact that eBay is offering manufacturing warranty on the product.
Lenovo Ideapad A2107 comes with a 7 inch high definition HD display with 1024x600 resolution which also offers 320 nits brightness for easy readability. It comes with 1 GHz processor (Mediatek MTK 6575), 1 GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt memory but it is expected that the 8 GB version of the tablet will also be made available shortly.
The tablet is based on Android 4.0 operating system and comes with 2.0 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. The tablet is also lightweight and weighs 400 grams.
For connectivity, the Ideapad A2107 comes with 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. Since it comes with dual SIM as well, calling facility is also available. Lenovo also claims that the tablet will be sturdy as it comes with internal roll-cage to make it withstand falls. The tablet, however, lacks an HDMI port which has become common nowadays.
While battery specs has not been shared, it claims to offer 8 hours of usage on 3G, which if delivered is a great thing.
The closest rival to this tablet in terms of specs is the single SIM based Huawei MediaPad Lite. It comes with a slightly bigger 3.2 megapixel camera and a 1.2 GHz processor. However, MediaPad Lite comes with 8 GB internal memory along with expandable memory slot but is priced similarly as the Lenovo Ideapad A2107.
The Lenovo has the distinction of having dual front camera while OnePlus X has a 13 megapixel rear camera and an 8 MP front camera.
The Lenovo Vibe S1 is available in white and dark blue colours for Rs 15,999.

The update claims to fix existing bugs besides improving performance and brings stability for the phones.
Lenovo Vibe P1 and Lenovo Vibe P1m come with 5000mAh 4000mAh battery packs respectively.
