The Ideapad A2107 has not been officially launched by the company in India.
Lenovo will soon launch its 7 inch tablet, called Ideapad A2107, in India. This tablet will be one of the cheapest Dual SIM 3G tablet in India; it comes with very attractive specification sheet. The tablet is already available on eBay India (ebay.in) for Rs 13,999 as pre-launch product. What makes the launch eminent is the fact that eBay is offering manufacturing warranty on the product.
Lenovo Ideapad A2107 comes with a 7 inch high definition HD display with 1024x600 resolution which also offers 320 nits brightness for easy readability. It comes with 1 GHz processor (Mediatek MTK 6575), 1 GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt memory but it is expected that the 8 GB version of the tablet will also be made available shortly.
The tablet is based on Android 4.0 operating system and comes with 2.0 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. The tablet is also lightweight and weighs 400 grams.
For connectivity, the Ideapad A2107 comes with 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. Since it comes with dual SIM as well, calling facility is also available. Lenovo also claims that the tablet will be sturdy as it comes with internal roll-cage to make it withstand falls. The tablet, however, lacks an HDMI port which has become common nowadays.
While battery specs has not been shared, it claims to offer 8 hours of usage on 3G, which if delivered is a great thing.
The closest rival to this tablet in terms of specs is the single SIM based Huawei MediaPad Lite. It comes with a slightly bigger 3.2 megapixel camera and a 1.2 GHz processor. However, MediaPad Lite comes with 8 GB internal memory along with expandable memory slot but is priced similarly as the Lenovo Ideapad A2107.
Unlike the Chinese model which has 2 GB RAM, the Lenovo K5 Note will be launched with 4GB RAM in India.
Lenovo will launch the K5 Note in India on August 1.
The Lenovo K5 Note was earlier launched in China in January this year for 1099 Yuan or approximately Rs 11,330.
Except the Lenovo smartphone, other two devices that are going to be launched will we priced at around Rs 20,000.
The K5 Note is the successor of Lenovo K4 Note launched in January this year.
The smartphone also supports Windows Continuum, allows the device to be used as a computer.
The Vibe A will be available in black and white color options.
Lenovo claimed to have sold 750,000 units of the Vibe K4 Note and recently rolled out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the smartphone.
Lenovo Vibe C2 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and has the Vibe UI on top of it.
Till now the smartphone was available through flash sale only.
