Panasonic Eluga Tapp
Panasonic had launched Panasonic Eluga Tapp at Rs 8,990 last month. The device is now available with a discount of Rs 391 and is now available for Rs 8,599 on e-commerce portal eBay.
The smartphone supports 4G VoLTE and has a 5 inch full-HD (12.7 cm) IPS display. It is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.25GHz which coupled with 2GB of RAM. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.There is 16GB of inbuilt storage and the handset supports expandable storage via micro SD card (up to 32GB).
Furthermore, the phone sports an 8 MP rear camera with autofocus and a 5MP front camera for selfie addicts. The phone weighs in at 138 grams and is quite light weight. The Eluga Tapp holds a 2800 mAh Lithium-Polymer gel based battery cells which as per Panasonic are safer, reliable & provide longer durability.
The smartphone will be available in Champagne Gold & Silver Grey. The Eluga Tapp is loaded with GPS, WiFi and Dual SIM (4G/3G+2G).
Samsung Galaxy On8
The Samsung Galaxy On8 which was launched in September in India for Rs 15,900 has got a price cut of Rs 1,000. It is now available at a price of Rs 14,900 on Flipkart. The smartphone comes in Black, Gold and White colors.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy On8 has a metal unibody with diamond cut metal frames. The smartphone offers a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and comes equipped with 1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7580 processor. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and gets its strength from a 3300 mAh battery.
The Galaxy On8 has 3GB of RAM, and 16GB internal memory, which can be further expandable up to 128GB with a microSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel shooter on its rear and 5-megapxel snapper on its front panel for selfies and video chats. Both the camera comes with LED flashlight. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, NGC (UICC), WiFi (802.11n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, a micro USB port. Moreover, the smartphone also come with UDS (Ultra Data Saving) mode and S bike mode. The handset measures 151.7x76x7.8 mm and weigh around 169 grams. The sensors include Accelerometer, Proximity, and Hall.
Gionee S6 Pro
The Gionee S6 Pro was launched in September. The smartphone which was initially priced at Rs 23,999, is now available at a discounted price of Rs 21,161 on Snapdeal.
The Gionee S6 Pro smartphone has a metal unibody. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) 2.5D Curved edge display with Gorilla glass protection. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755M) processor, which is paired with 4GB of RAM and Mali T860MP2 GPU. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system based S6 Pro has Amigo OS 3.2 on top and a 3130 mAh battery, which claims to offer 38.6 hours of talk time and up to 558 hours of standby time.
The Gionee S6 Pro has 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up-to 128GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and an 8-megapixel shooter in the front. Connectivity options in the S6 Pro include hybrid dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, USB Type C and GPS. The handset measures 153*75.26*7.6mm and weighs 170 grams. The Gionee S6 Pro offers a fingerprint sensor, which is located on the home button.
