The Russian Mail.ru Group has finally announced that the ICQ Mobile for WP7.x based devices will soon be made available from the Windows Marketplace. The ICQ Mobile client is already available for iOS, Android, Symbian, BlackBerry, Java and even through mobile web-app platforms.
