Huawei P10 smartphone will succeed Huawei P9 launched in India in August this year.
Couple of days back, a Huawei smartphone with model name 'Huawei LON-L29' was spotted on GFXBench website, which could be launched as Huawei P10 in the near future. Now a couple of alleged prototype images of so called Huawei P10 are doing rounds online, which provide a sneak peek of device.
The images show us both front and back panel of the device. At the back one can clearly see the dual rear camera setup with Dual LED flash light and has 'Dreams' branding with a bear icon, which could be its code-name or signifies something else. Further, the word 'HANZO' written on top of back panel, instead of Leica. On its front, it looks like it has fingerprint scanner embedded on its home button and comes with narrow bezels.
As per reports, the smartphone is expected to comes in two variants- 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage.
As per to GFXBench listing, Huawei LON-L29 aka Huawei P10 feature a 5.5-inch QHD display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It comes equipped with 2.3GHz Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 960 processor, which is clubbed with Mali G71 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system wrapped under Huawei's EMUI.
The Huawei LON-L29 aka Huawei P10 comes with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the camera front, the smartphone flaunts a 12-megapixel primary camera and 8-megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video chats. Further as per listing, the smartphone offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, Accelerometer, Barometer, Compass, Gyroscope, Pedometer and Proximity sensor.

As far as Huawei P9 specifications are concerned, it has dual rear camera setup which is made in collaboration with Leica. P9 features two 12-megapixel sensors, with one capturing light in colour, and the other captures monochrome images.
The Huawei P9 has a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixel) IPS LCD display. Though it has a 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant, in India the Huawei P9's 3 GB RAM model has been launched. This model has 32 GB of internal storage. It a sports a 3000 mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top. It is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 955 octa core processor and offers 4G connectivity.
Besides, the Huawei P9 has one SIM slot, WiFi (a/b/g/n/ac), WiFi Hotspot, micro USB port, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and 3.5 mm jack. It has a number of sensors including Gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Gyroscope, Compass, Ambient Light Sensor, Hall Effect Sensor, and Fingerprint Sensor.
The smartphone will be made available at the end of January.
Although, the company didn't reveal any name, the device is likely to be the recently rumoured Huawei P10
The smartphone is all set to hit the Indian market on January 24 and claims to be one of the cheapest smartphone boasting a dual-camera set up at the back.
The smartphone is priced at $599 and will be available for purchase starting today.
Though the invite doesn't reveal the name or any specifications but as claimed by previous rumours, the device is likely to be the Honor 6X.
The beta programme, which is in preview stage, will allow users to test and identify bugs in the company's upcoming EMUI software.
Launched at $249 (approx. Rs 17,000) in the US, the smartphone will be up for grabs starting today the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Iraq.
The company has been teasing the upcoming 'epic' smartphone on the social media sites and the device is slated to be announced on January 3 at 2:30 PM PST.
Last month, the smartphone was allegedly unveiled through a couple of prototype images.
The smartphones are expected to come with 3GB RAM and 2900 battery.
