The Gionee P7 Max features a 5.5 inch HD (1280 X 720 pixels) IPS display.
Gionee has announced the launch of Gionee P7 Max along with Gionee S6 Pro in Nepal. The Gionee S6 Pro was recently launched in India for Rs 23,999 while the P7 Max is yet to see the limelight in India. The Gionee P7 Max is priced at NPR 21,999 in Nepal which is approximately Rs 13,800.
The Gionee P7 Max features a 5.5 inch HD (1280 X 720 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa core processor coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Amigo 3.2 UI on top of it. The smartphone comes with dual SIM and is 4G enabled.
It has an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. Gionee P7 Max has a 32 GB internal storage and at this point of time it is not known whether it has an expandable memory slot or not. It packs a 3,100 mAh battery which is said to offer 290 hours of standby time. On the connectivity front, the Gionee P7 Max supports 4G, WiFi, GPS/AGPS, micro USB and Bluetooth 2.0.
Currently, there is no information about its launch in India.
To recall, the Gionee S6 Pro smartphone has a metal unibody. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) 2.5D Curved edge display with with Gorilla glass protection. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755M) processor, which is paired with 4GB of RAM and Mali T860MP2 GPU. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system based S6 Pro has Amigo OS 3.2 on top and a 3130 mAh battery, which claims to offer 38.6 hours of talk time and upto 558 hours of standby time.
The Gionee S6 Pro has 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up-to 128GB via a micro SD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and an 8-megapixel shooter in the front. Connectivity options in the S6 Pro include hybrid dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, USB Type C and GPS. The handset measures 153*75.26*7.6mm and weighs 170 grams. The Gionee S6 Pro offers a fingerprint sensor, which is located on the home button.
The phone will have dual rear camera setup and a massive 7000mAh battery, clearly playing on intensive usage and stress free charging in a big way.
The smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow and is backed up by a 4000mAh battery, indicating a pitch for the high volume segment of Rs 5000-Rs10000.
Gionee P7 is expected to feature 5-inch HD display.
Earlier, the smartphone was spotted on TENAA - the Chinese certification agency.
As per listing, the smartphone features a 5.7-inch QHD AMOLED display and also has dual rear camera setup.
The phone is expected to have a 6GB of RAM.
Gionee M6 Lite runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Amigo 3.2 UI on top of it.
