LG Optimus Pro, an Android phone with a full qwerty keypad has been spotted in Italy. The phone sports latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 2.8 inch touch screen, WiFi and a lucrative price of 169 Euros (Rs 12495).
A new LG handset has been spotted in Italy, which features a full Qwerty keypad with a touchscreen.
The phone, called as LG Optimus Pro C660, is the first such smartphone from the company, and seems to be aimed at business users as well as heavy messaging types.
The specifications of the phone include 2.8-inch screen, 1500mAh battery (which is good thing and should give good backup), Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 3 megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
An Italian website (androidworld.it) has reported that the phone is selling in some shops in the country at around 169 Euros (Rs12,500) - this price is attractive but we expect it to be lower when it comes to India, probably in next couple of months.
LG has recently launched LG Optimus 2X and Optimus Black in the Indian market, where it has not been very successful. Though Optimus One was a reasonable success, lack of products in the smartphone category has been a major reason for the lackluster performance and LG would like to bolster its portfolio by introducing Optimus Pro sooner than later.
Open-boxed LG Nexus 4 is available at GreenDust for just Rs 9,999.
Not only design, the LG Wine Smart unfortunately have borrowed specs from the older days as well.
The LG Bello II will be launched in India this month itself as LG Max.
Nexus from Huawei will have a 5.7-inch screen while that of LG will have a 5.2 inch screen.
It is currently available from Infibeam and a Mumbai based retailer has also tweeted that it is available for pre-booking now but for Rs 51,500.
Powered by the Android Wear operating system, the smartwatch works seamlessly with smartphones running Android 4.3 and above.
LG G4 looks great on paper with exquisite design, powerful chipset, plenty of connectivity features and storage, and most importantly high end cameras.
It will be based on Android Lollipop 5.1, the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor.
LG Spirit will be launched in India by the end of this month while the other two phones will hit the market next month.
The phones will come out of the box with Android Lollipop and 3G and 4G versions will be available.
