Micromax has again stared taking orders for Canvas HD A116. Consumers have to pay Rs 13,990 to book the phone.
No further information was revealed about how much stock of Micromax Canvas HD A116 is available with the company or how many units have been booked till now.
Micromax had today at 12 am started taking orders for Micromax Canvas HD A110 for Rs 13,990 on their store with a dispatch time of three working days but till now two times a 'sold out' message has been posted on their site, which left consumers wondering from where are they getting their stock so fast.
The Micromax Canvas HD has a 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6589 processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and 1 GB of RAM.
There is 4 GB of internal storage in the phone which can be expanded to up to 32 through a micro SD card. Besides, 5 inch display screen Micromax Canvas HD has a dual camera including an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front unit. Moreover, it supports 3G, WiFi 802.11 (b/g/n), Bluetooth, and GPS/A-GPS. Further is a 2000 mAh battery.
As per the report, Micromax is developing a new OS based on the Android platform and products based on the new OS may be launched by the end of this financial year.
