The GT4D is priced at Rs 50,990 while for the cheaper V44D, you have to pay Rs 29,990.
Sony has come up with two portable yet high power audio systems – GT4D and V44D. With claimed output of 1600W in GT4D and 660W in V44d,
Both the audio systems come with Bluetooth and NFC connectivity. They have also AUX input, DVD, USB, FM and LDAC capabilities. You can control the audio systems through Sony's in-house app named SongPal which further adds to its user-friendly connectivity.
Apart from this, they come with technologies such as Dolby digital sound and DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine).
Coming to the design, both the systems are designed keeping in mind the concept of portability and are extremely light weighted which makes it easy to move them from one place to another. While the V44D is a one box speaker, the GT4D comes with wheels to move the audio system hassle free to different places.
GT4D comes with an intelligent sense feature which helps recognising some pre-defined gestures such as going to the main menu, or skipping tracks just by flicking left and right etc. Moreover, it also allows users to set up custom gestures as well. The V44D, on the other hand, comes with the all new motion control accessed with the Sony's app which makes up for the absence of gesture controls on this model.
SongPal App and DJ Function
Sony's own SongPal app helps browsing music from a faraway place which further adds to the list of features. The concept used in the app is called 'Smart remot commander' and is supported by both Android and iOS. Intended to cater the young generation, the app also comes with DJ functionality which adds various effects to the music and lighting with added functionality of mic making it perfect for a party or karaoke night. The app is fairly user-friendly and users can have one tap access to their music in no time.
