DataWind, which is known for its Aakash tablet and UbiSlate tablets, today announced its first hybrid tablets which are named as Droidsurfer Netbooks 7DC+ and 3G7+. The 2G Droidsurfer7DC+ is priced at Rs 3,999 while the 3G Droidsurfer3G7+ is priced at Rs 4,999.
Since they have detachable keyboards, users can use them as notebooks also.

The Droid Surfer 7DC+ (2G) and 3G7+ (3G) come with a 7 inch multi-touch capacitive screen, 0.3 megapixel front camera and a 2 megapixel rear camera. The tablets have Android 4.4.2 operating System and run on a dual core Cortex A7 processor. In addition, they offer upto 32GB of expandable memory with features like WiFi Hotspot, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth and GPS on some models.
